Actually, no; there are a number of issues that cannot be fully addressed by trimming alone. In many cases, other professionals will need to be incorporated into the treatment plan in order for each professional to further complete the balancing protocol. Each and every horse is different each and every time they are trimmed. Therefore, it may be necessary to incorporate a different professional during different phases of the trimming / treatment protocol of the horse.
The thing to remember about a horse’s well-being is, he’s only as sound and balanced as his last trim. If the body isn’t reviewed for imbalances or other issues, then simply trimming the feet for the feet’s sake won’t do any good. The whole body must be reviewed, issues considered and then a trim / recovery / recovery protocol should be worked out.
Trimming the feet alone will not balance the horse, but it is a huge step to ensuring the rest of the body can be balanced. By the same token, having chiropractic or cranial-sacral or even dental work will not balance the horse if the feet aren’t balanced and any money spent will be for a very short beneficial period. In other words, have a plan as to where to begin and work logically through the entire issue. Other wise, you may very well be spending money ineffectually. Don’t waste your money, have a plan on where to start. Start with the feet, then the teeth and then on to the body itself. If the feet and teeth are adjusted correctly, then any other body or energy work you do will have a much better chance of working and lasting.
